PeopleStage Channels

PeopleStage uses Channel definitions to determine the use of different delivery mechanisms.

Apteco integrates with Facebook to reduce the separation between direct and social marketing activities and data.

You can:

  • Publish Direct Posts

  • Publish Adverts

  • Upload a custom Audience

To use Facebook with PeopleStage, you must set up a channel that defines the settings and parameters and any fields that are required.

To configure a Facebook Direct Post Channel perform the following:

  1. Open PeopleStage, select File Administration Channel Editor.

  2. Click Add Facebook Channel.

Note: Publish Adverts: activate predefined Ad sets/Ads or retrigger existing Ad sets/Ads and upload a custom audience.

PeopleStage automatically finds a list of pre-defined Ad sets/Ads; create/upload a Custom Audience (with an option of targeting include/exclude/only Lookalikes) to Facebook Ads account, add this custom audience to the selected Ad sets and activate the Ad sets/Ad.

We‘ve added Social functionality to the PeopleStage Library. Due to this change, you may find that your Social Channels are not visible in the library.

If you have updated an existing system using the FastStats Configurator, then there is a manual step that you need to perform. This process can only be performed by a user with Admin permissions.

To manually adjust Diagram Settings:

  1. Open PeopleStage and select File Administration Diagram Settings Editor.

  2. Select the Table Definitions tab.

  3. On the Table Definitions tab, ensure that the Campaignable check-box is selected for the Social Channels.
