Enabling Orin

Before you can use Apteco’s AI tool Orin on-premise, your system administrator must follow the installation and configuration steps successfully.

• Installing Chat API

• Migrating the Orbit API configuration to the configuration database

• Configuring Chat API

• Enabling Web Sockets in the API

• Repairing the Orbit UI

Once you've completed these configuration steps, go to Orin AI assistant to see how to toggle on the feature switch.
