Custom tables in Dynamics 365

The following section guides you through creating custom tables in Dynamics 365.

Create a new customised table

To create a new customised table:

  1. Login to the Dynamics 365 web interface.

  2. On the top right click on Settings and then Advanced Settings.

  3. Click Settings > Customizations.

  4. Click Customize the System.

  5. In the Solution window, click Try New Experience.

  6. In the Power Apps editor select + New, Table, Table.

  7. Complete the Display name, Plural name and make a note of the Schema name for later. Then press Save.

    Display name *FastStats Prospect
    Plural display name *FastStats Prospects
    Schema name new_faststatsprospects
  1. Search for your Table by typing the name in the Objects search bar and then click on your new Table.

  1. Click Edit.
