# Add an additional field for repeated text

## Adding the field

To add an additional field for repeated text:

1. Select **Add**.
2. Enter the details for the additional field and select **OK**.

   > **Note**
   >
   > You must add a new column for this field in Dynamics. The Microsoft Dynamics Name is the logical name of the column.
3. The Microsoft Dynamics Table now includes the additional field. Select **OK**.

   The list of Microsoft Dynamics Tables now includes the table (for example, `new_faststatsprospects`).
4. Select **OK** to complete, then select **Close** in the Modify Plugin dialogue to finish configuring the plugin.
