The system now retries requests for up to 60 seconds so email operations complete successfully. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.38 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.50 or later. 3. Install the FastStats Email Response Gatherer version 1.0.25199.39 or later contained within the [DigitalIntegration.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 17: CheckPoint MaximumId processing fixed for large identity values *1 September, 2026* FastStats Service We've fixed an issue where checkpoints exceeding the maximum int value failed to record, which affected staging database updates. Checkpoint processing now uses bigint instead of int. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.38 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.50 or later. --- ## Patch 16: SMS sends failing due to null values in message payloads *5 August, 2026* Digital Integration We've fixed an issue where sending an SMS could fail with an error. JSON serialisation didn't correctly handle null values in the message payload, which caused the failure. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Email Response Gatherer version 1.0.25199.37 or later contained within the [DigitalIntegration.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 15: OTFA datetime selection with offsets *4 February, 2026* FastStats Service FastStats Designer We've fixed an issue in FastStats affecting On-The-Fly Aggregation (OTFA) datetime selections. When you used a fixed date with an offset relative point, selections could return zero counts or incomplete results. Your selections work correctly when you combine fixed dates with offset relative points like **Now**, **Back**, **4**, **Years** or **ThisHour(end of)**, **Back**, **2**, **Months**. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.33 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.44 or later. 3. Install FastStats Designer version 1.3.25199.42 or later contained within the [Designer.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 14: Selector text values selections *21 January, 2026* FastStats Service FastStats Designer We've fixed an issue where selections on selector variables using text matching criteria could return incorrect counts. This happened when there were more than 5 criteria and you listed them in a non-alphabetical order. Your selections now return accurate counts regardless of the order of codes in your list or how many entries you enter. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.31 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.42 or later. 3. Install FastStats Designer version 1.3.25199.40 or later contained within the [Designer.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 13: Date expression selections with mixed from/to types *17 December, 2025* FastStats Service FastStats Designer We've fixed an issue where date expression selections incorrectly returned zero counts when you used mixed date types in the **From** and **To** fields. Your selections now work correctly when you combine relative dates (like **Today**) with fixed dates, or use any other combination of date types. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.26 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.36 or later. 3. When you entered the **From** and **To** dates in reverse order with mixed date types, selections returned zero counts. For example, this could happen with a relative date in **From** and a fixed date in **To**. The system now handles reversed date ranges correctly across different date type combinations. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.26 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.36 or later. 3. When you upload data, prefix the GUID with the table type. For example, `contact/` or `account/`. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.26 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.36 or later. --- ## Patch 9: Google Ads API v19 upgrade *17 December, 2025* FastStats Service We've upgraded to Google Ads API v22, released on 26 February, 2025. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.36 or later. --- ## Patch 8: LinkedIn API v202510 upgrade *17 December, 2025* FastStats Service We've upgraded to LinkedIn API v202510 for continued compatibility with LinkedIn's latest API version. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.36 or later. --- ## Patch 7: Facebook Marketing API v24.0 upgrade *17 December, 2025* FastStats Service We've upgraded the Facebook Marketing API from v21.0 to v24.0. This ensures continued functionality following the deprecation of v21.0 on 9 September, 2024. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.26 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.36 or later. --- ## Patch 6: Virtual variable refresh package *30 October, 2025* Designer We've added a Multi-threaded passes (new method) option to the Virtual Refresh Package post-load action in Designer. This option uses an improved strategy to group virtual definitions into passes, which helps systems with complex dependencies between large numbers of virtual definitions. You'll see fewer 'impossible' definitions and more variables refreshing successfully. To apply this fix: 1. Install FastStats Designer version 1.3.25199.31 or later contained within the [Designer.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 5: Dotdigital custom reply-to address *30 October, 2025* FastStats Service We've fixed an issue where Dotdigital wasn't receiving custom reply-to email addresses when you sent emails. Your custom reply-to addresses now transfer correctly with your email templates. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.24 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.30 or later. --- ## Patch 4: Issues with date and datetime expressions used in selections *16 October, 2025* FastStats Service FastStats Designer We've found and fixed some issues with date and datetime expressions used in selections. If the expression contained no variables but did contain on-the-fly aggregations, wrong results could occur. This happened if the selection used adhoc dates, date ranges, or date rules. Sometimes the count came back as 0. In other cases, the selection included all records. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.22 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.28 or later. 3. Install FastStats Designer version 1.3.25199.27 or later contained within the [Designer.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 3: Spotler response fails on gateway timeouts *16 October, 2025* Digital Integration We've fixed an intermittent issue that occurred when gathering responses from Spotler, sometimes causing a gateway timeout. Spotler responses are now handled, meaning that the operation retries instead of failing. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Email Response Gatherer version 1.0.25199.24 or later contained within the [DigitalIntegration.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 2: Transaction campaign response attribution *16 October, 2025* FastStats Service PeopleStage You can now set up response attribution on transaction campaigns where you define responses on a child of the transaction table. We've relaxed validation checks so you can publish and attribute responses for these campaign types. To apply this fix: 1. The system now requests URNs in batches of 1,000 so all recipient data is successfully pulled back for inclusion in your response database. To apply this fix: 1.
