Deadlocks are now detected using the underlying SQL error code, so retries work correctly regardless of locale. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25296.31 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25296.36 or later. --- ## Patch 18: Apteco Email gateway timeouts *1 September, 2026* FastStats Service Digital Integration We've fixed an issue where Apteco Email could fail with gateway timeouts. The system now retries requests for up to 60 seconds so email operations complete successfully. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25296.31 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25296.36 or later. 3. Install the FastStats Email Response Gatherer version 1.0.25296.28 or later contained within the [DigitalIntegration.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 17: Uploading multiple match columns to Google Ads *1 September, 2026* FastStats Service Digital Integration We've fixed an issue where uploading an audience to Google Ads with more than one match column incorrectly combined them into a single match. This caused the upload to find no matches. We've also extended the match process to correctly batch audience uploads that exceed Google's maximum of 100,000 entities. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25296.31 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25296.36 or later. 3. Install the FastStats Google Response Gatherer version 1.0.25296.27 or later contained within the [DigitalIntegration.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 16: CheckPoint MaximumId processing fixed for large identity values *1 September, 2026* FastStats Service We've fixed an issue where checkpoints exceeding the maximum int value failed to record, which affected staging database updates. Checkpoint processing now uses bigint instead of int. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25296.31 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25296.36 or later. --- ## Patch 15: SMS sends failing due to null values in message payloads *5 August, 2026* Digital Integration We've fixed an issue where sending an SMS could fail with an error. JSON serialisation didn't correctly handle null values in the message payload, which caused the failure. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Email Response Gatherer version 1.0.25296.25 or later contained within the [DigitalIntegration.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 14: Log Viewer crash *20 May, 2026* FastStats Service We've fixed an issue where the Log Viewer crashed with a stack overflow error that affected both client systems and Apteco Cloud instances. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25296.27 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 13: Live Data installation *29 April, 2026* Utilities We've fixed an issue where the Live Data installer was missing required DLL files necessary for database connections. Install the FastStats Live Data Setup version 1.0.25296.29 or later contained within the [Utilities.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 12: OTFA datetime selection with offsets *4 February, 2026* FastStats Service FastStats Designer We've fixed an issue in FastStats affecting On-The-Fly Aggregation (OTFA) datetime selections. When you used a fixed date with an offset relative point, selections could return zero counts or incomplete results. Your selections work correctly when you combine fixed dates with offset relative points like **Now**, **Back**, **4**, **Years** or **ThisHour(end of)**, **Back**, **2**, **Months**. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25296.24 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25296.29 or later. 3. Install FastStats Designer version 1.3.25296.33 or later contained within the [Designer.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 11: Designer email send issues *27 January, 2026* Designer We've fixed several issues with the **Send Email** post-load action in Designer: - **Test Send** buttons now work correctly when you set to/from addresses using environment variables - **Send Email on Error** now functions when you use environment variables for email addresses - Progress logs and build summaries are no longer attached to emails when you uncheck these options To apply this fix:, install FastStats Designer version 1.3.25296.32 or later contained within the [Designer.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 10: Excelsior configuration file update *27 January, 2026* Excelsior We've fixed an issue where the configuration file wasn't updated during Excelsior upgrades, which prevented you from logging in. The installer now correctly updates the configuration file when you upgrade Excelsior. To apply this fix, install Excelsior version 2.0.25296.28 or later contained within the [Excelsior.zip]() file. --- ## Patch 9: Selector text values selections *21 January, 2026* FastStats Service FastStats Designer We've fixed an issue where selections on selector variables using text matching criteria could return incorrect counts. This happened when there were more than 5 criteria and you listed them in a non-alphabetical order. Your selections now return accurate counts regardless of the order of codes in your list or how many entries you enter. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25296.22 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25296.27 or later. 3. This prevented the **Cascade Explorer** from appearing when you logged in with a user configured for Cascade access. To apply this fix: 1. Your selections now work correctly when you combine relative dates (like **Today**) with fixed dates, or use any other combination of date types. To apply this fix: 1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25296.17 or later contained within the [WebService.zip]() file. 2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25296.21 or later. 3. For example, this could happen with a relative date in **From** and a fixed date in **To**. The system now handles reversed date ranges correctly across different date type combinations. When you upload data, prefix the GUID with the table type. For example, `contact/` or `account/`. To apply this fix: 1.
