# About FastStats Designer The About screen display the version number of the FastStats Designer components. ## Report a bug The **Report a bug** will start your default email client, create an email to [support@apteco.com]() and add in the version information. ## View data providers Click **View Data Providers** to see an optional additional data providers that have been installed: ## Build support file Clicking the **Build Support File** button will open a dialog that allows the user to create a .zip file that packages the design, log files and a sample of the input data. This .zip file can then be sent to your technical support team to help them diagnose and fix any problems.
