## System identification

- **System Name** is the mnemonic name used to refer to the system (limited to 8 characters).
- **Title** is the short title typically used when display size is limited (limited to 30 characters).
- **Description** is the full long description of the system (limited to 80 characters). The system name, title and description should be unique between your FastStats systems.
- **Prevent System Build** if checked prevents a user from accidentally re-building a system. You can use this option to treat a completed design as read only.

## Password protection

You can password protect the Design XML by clicking **Set Design Password** and entering a password:

Designs that are password protected are compressed and AES encrypted and are given the extension .fsdx. If you try to open a password protected design then you must enter the password.

If you are building from the command line then you must specify the password on the command line.
