# Preview and test

Now you can preview and test the message that is delivered through WhatsApp.

To preview and test a message:

1. On the message step, open the dropdown menu, then click **Preview and Test**.
2. Enter a **First Name** and a **Mobile number**.
3. Click **Refresh Preview** to see the updated view, or click **Send Test WhatsApp** to send the test message.
4. Click **Close** when finished.

The phone number should now receive a test WhatsApp message.
