# Diagram level

Whilst you can add constraints to the Marketing Processes level in PeopleStage, it is unlikely that you would choose to apply **Contact Strategy**, **Cost** and **Volume Constraints** at this highest level.

## Filter constraints

However, you may usefully apply **Filter Constraints** here to ensure that contact with any excluded individuals, in any of your PeopleStage campaigns, is avoided.
