Message level

At the message level, it is possible to drill down into a particular run by any of the Content fields or the Channel.

From a message level

Results View Icon

  • Open the lid on the campaign and select a Message step
  • Select the Results View and Communications Report broken down by Image

  • Refresh the Report on run list and pick a run from the drop-down

  • Click Generate

There is also a Communications Summary Report at the message level, which summarises all runs of the same message:
