Cubes: How do I pivot statistics on a Cube?

Statistics are by default shown as separate columns:

The use of the Sigma symbol as a statistical separator allows you to show statistics as a separate dimension which can be pivoted to arrange those statistics as columns in the cube or mixed in with other dimensions.

To see this information broken down by Gender:

Drag the Gender variable onto the Drop your variable here box next to the Sigma symbol .
