Decision Tree Example: Setting the Dimensions

Use the dimensions to specify which customer characteristics you wish to explore, to see if they are helpful in distinguishing your customers of interest.  For example, we may think that age, gender, income and occupation are relevant.

It is OK to include a variety of variables in the dimensions and allow the Decision Tree to identify which are useful.  At present you can only include selector or flag-array variables.  You are able to configure both how unclassified values are handled and also how the selector categories are grouped within the branches.

For more information on choosing and configuring the dimensions see How do I choose my Dimensions?.
