Scheduled Tasks: Email

An email may be sent based upon a specific condition being met for a given selection e.g. notification that figures for that month are less than projected.

  1. Open a new scheduled task as shown in the Scheduled Tasks topic

  2. From the Task tab select Email from the drop down box

  3. Click on the Modify Email... button

  4. Enter the email addresses of the recipients and the message you want to send

  5. Click OK

  6. Click on the Notes tab and enter any information you want to record against this task

  7. Click on the Schedule tab and complete as necessary- see the topic Scheduled Tasks: Scheduled Settings for an explanation of the options

  8. Click OK
