View Campaigns

To see all the Campaigns in a DataView click View Campaigns in the Overview screen.

By default, all campaigns of any status ever run are displayed but you can adjust the display using the Search or Filters options, or you can use the tile navigation links to view a single Campaign, its associated Area(s), or the overall Programme level.

Tile Navigation

Use the tile navigation links to select a Campaign or Area

  • Click on a Campaign or Area or Programme to open.

Single Campaign - Navigation Options

Once you click on a tile, you are presented with the information for that particular campaign.

The name of the selected item is clearly displayed in the top-left corner with its level – Campaign – displayed below.

The navigation path for the campaign can be seen above the campaign name and you can use the navigation links to easily move from the campaign to any of its associated Area(s) or the overall Programme.

 

Area - Navigation Options

You can move from an Area to an associated higher-level - Area or Programme - view by clicking on the navigation path.

You can see any Campaigns within an Area displayed in the Campaigns List. Click on a particular campaign to open it from the list or enter keywords into the Filter in the Campaigns List to locate specific Campaigns within the Area

Use the drop-down to select the items per page to display in the Campaigns List.

 

Programme - Navigation Options

In the Programme view Campaigns List you can click to select and view any campaign or use the Filter in the Campaigns List to locate specific Campaigns within the Programme.

Search

Start typing in the Search box to find the campaign by name

You can use Filters to filter your results

A coloured vertical line highlights any applied search or filter settings; click the button to clear individual settings or all search and filters.

 

Filters

Select a Status from Filters to only see a list of Campaigns that match the status. You can use the First run date and Last run date to drill down further.

Modify the Timeframe used for Search and Filter

You can further refine the Search and Filter results by adjusting the First and/or Last run date using the drop-down options

By default, Orbit reports on Campaign activity for the Last Year:

Once you select a Campaign, Area or Diagram to review, you can then select from the other available drop-down options:

Once selected, click apply and the window will automatically update.
