Overview tab

The overview tab displays key statistics and reports for your campaigns or campaign groups.

Volumes

The volume sparklines provide a daily summary, showing the number of campaigns, messages, and deliveries. They also display the number of communications and deduplicated individuals.

Calendar

The calendar view presents the same figures as the sparklines but in a calendar grid format.

Costs

This chart displays the proportion of costs across different channel types over the selected time period.

Communications per channel

This chart shows the number of communications sent through each channel type over the chosen time period.

Responses chart

The responses view displays the number of different broadcast responses, along with responses from Facebook and Twitter.

Campaign list

The campaign list provides an overview of each campaign, showing its current status, and additional details such as the number of campaigns, deliveries, communications, and channels.

You can filter the list by entering keywords into the Filter box.

Reporting timeframe

Once you select a campaign or area to review, you can choose the reporting timeframe.

By default, Orbit reports on campaign activity for the last year.

To choose a timeframe:

1. Click the timeframe box in the top right corner.

2. Select the timeframe from the available drop-down options.

3. Click Apply.

The window updates automatically with the new timeframe.
