Preview and test

Now you can preview and test the message that is delivered through WhatsApp.

To preview and test a message:

1. On the message step, open the dropdown menu, then click Preview and Test.

   

2. Enter a First Name and a Mobile number.

3. Click Refresh Preview to see the updated view, or click Send Test WhatsApp to send the test message.

   

4. Click Close when finished.

The phone number should now receive a test WhatsApp message.
