Note: Before you begin using your Microsoft Dynamics channel in Orbit campaigns, make sure you've followed the configuration steps in Setting up your Microsoft Dynamics custom object and table.

You can upsert (upload and insert) audience data to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 system from an Orbit campaign.

By adding a Microsoft Dynamics 365 step to the campaign journey, Orbit automatically upserts any audience data moving through the journey. This makes it easier to keep your CRM data up to date directly from your Orbit campaigns.
