Upsert data to Microsoft Dynamics 365

Note: Before you begin using your Microsoft Dynamics 365 channel in Orbit campaigns, make sure you have followed the configuration steps in Setting up your Microsoft Dynamics 365 table and channel.
You can upsert (upload and insert) audience data to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 system from Orbit.
By adding a Microsoft Dynamics 365 step, Orbit automatically upserts any audience data moving through the journey. This makes it easier to keep your CRM data up to date directly from your Orbit campaigns.
Add a Microsoft Dynamics 365 step to your journey
To add a Microsoft Dynamics 365 journey step:

Open an existing Orbit journey, or see Creating a campaign.

Click the + icon where you want to place your Dynamics 365 step.

Select Microsoft Dynamics from the list of channels.

Click your new Microsoft Dynamics journey step.

Enter a meaningful Microsoft Dynamics Step Name, then click Create.
The side panel now opens.

Select the channel you created in PeopleStage from the dropdown.

Click Apply.

Save, publish, and set a schedule for your campaign.

You’ve now set up your Dynamics step in the campaign journey and can upsert audience data to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 system.
