Duplicating a campaign

With Apteco Orbit, you can quickly and easily create duplicate campaigns. This feature enables you to duplicate your campaigns quickly, with all personalised settings and configurations intact. It saves you the time and effort of starting another new campaign from scratch, making the process easy and efficient.

Why duplicate a campaign?

Duplicating campaigns in Orbit is particularly useful when establishing complex multi-stage campaigns. It provides a handy starting point for creating new campaigns with similar characteristics.

Campaign duplication benefits include:

• Save time by not having to recreate campaigns from scratch.

• The duplicate maintains the settings defined in setup messages, stage names, and the diagram structure.

• You can access the duplicated campaign in edit mode for any needed adjustments before publishing.

Duplicating a campaign

To duplicate a campaign:

1. Go to the campaigns screen.

2. Click the option menu of the campaign that you wish to duplicate.

3. Click Duplicate.

   

Orbit then generates a copy of the campaign and opens the journey builder in edit mode, allowing you to begin editing your new campaign.

Note: The campaign title is duplicated but includes a reference to the duplication to avoid confusion with the original campaign.
