Duplicating a campaign

You can quickly and easily create duplicate campaigns, with all personalised settings and configurations intact.

Duplicating campaigns in Orbit is particularly useful when establishing complex multi-stage campaigns, as it provides a handy starting point for creating new campaigns with similar characteristics.

There are two ways to duplicate your campaign.

Campaigns screen

To duplicate from the campaigns screen:

1. Click the option menu of the campaign that you wish to duplicate.

2. Click Duplicate.

   

Journey builder

To duplicate from the journey builder:

1. In your campaign journey, click the option menu.

2. Click Duplicate.

   

Orbit then generates a copy of the campaign and opens the journey builder in edit mode, allowing you to begin editing your new campaign.

Note: The campaign title is duplicated but includes a reference to the duplication to avoid confusion with the original campaign.
