Campaign validation

When you create a new campaign journey or add steps to an existing one, validation tasks called Journey ToDo's appear in the bottom-left corner.

These tasks help you identify what you need to complete before you can publish your campaign, ensuring your journey is correctly configured.

You can’t publish your campaign until you’ve resolved all the tasks.

Resolving Journey ToDo's

To resolve Journey ToDo's:

  1. Click Show more on the Journey ToDo's notification box to expand the list.

    Three initial tasks appear for a new campaign:

    • Setup Target Segment Step: Define the recipients you want to target

    • Setup Campaign's Schedule: Determine when the campaign runs

    • Add Channel Step: Specify the communication channel

  2. Click each task to go to the relevant step in your journey.

    Note: Additional ToDo's may appear as you add more steps to your campaign.

  3. Complete all required configurations for each step.

Once you’ve resolved all the tasks, the Journey ToDo's notification disappears and you can publish your campaign.

Note: Save your campaign after completing all validation tasks before publishing.
