Campaign summary

You can access your campaign summary at any point while building your campaign, including all journey steps. This summary helps you review and refine your campaigns more effectively before publishing.

Viewing your campaign summary

To view your campaign summary:

1. Click the option menu in your campaign journey.

2. Click Campaign Summary.

   

   A summary screen appears, displaying all details about each step in your journey and whether you have communication recording enabled.

   

   Note: Items on the campaign summary screen are logically grouped together for easier comprehension.

3. To expand a step and see more details, click on the relevant step.

   

You can now see your campaign summary at a glance.
