Campaign data availability
When campaigns are in different states, information regarding the success of the campaign or when the campaign is running may not be available. To cater for these scenarios, No Data screens help identify the lack of information on the Overview, Monitoring, and Journey tabs within a campaign.
When a campaign has been published but not yet run
In this scenario, the campaign has been scheduled to run in the future. It has been published but not yet run.
Overview: There are no campaign summary statistics for the campaign yet. This is reflected in the message which appears on the overview.
Monitoring: As the campaign has not run but is expected to in the future, there is currently no information in the monitoring screen but the steps are in place to display information when the campaign does run.
Journey: In this case a journey is displayed and can be viewed and edited.
When a campaign created but not published
In this scenario, the campaign journey has has been created but not yet published to run.
Overview: There are no campaign summary statistics for the campaign yet and this is reflected in the message which appears on the overview.
Monitoring: As the campaign has not run there is currently no log of when and what stage campaign is or has run. As a result this message is displayed.
Journey: In this case a journey is displayed and can be viewed and edited.
Campaign has been set up in PeopleStage and contains functionality which is currently not compatible with Orbit journey builder
In this scenario, the campaign journey has has been created and published in PeopleStage but the diagram is currently too complex to be displayed as an Orbit journey.
Overview: As this campaign has previous run, there are statistics associated to the campaign and these are displayed in the overview.
Monitoring: As the campaign has run and could be running on a recurring schedule, there is a log of when the campaign ran and how long it took.
Journey: In this case a Journey can not be displayed for this campaign as it currently contains functionality which has not yet been added to Orbit.
