Making changes to a published campaign

If further changes are required to your campaign, then you can move it into Edit mode.

From here you can make any further changes required, such as adding new audiences or amending the channel details.

To make changes to a published campaign:

  1. First, we can add a new audience. Add a new Exclusion Audience called Opt Out.

  2. Click Apply.

In the top left, the Save option is now active as you have made a change. After making a change to a previously Published campaign, but not yet saving the changes, there are additional actions available within the Action menu. These actions can now be made to decide on the version of the campaign that you wish to proceed with.

    • Discard Changes: This option discards the change made and reverts the campaign back to the last saved version.

    • Delete Draft Version: This option discards all changes made in Edit mode so far and reverts the campaign back to the last Published version.

Note: If you have made changes and saved, then Delete Draft Version is the only option available. If you have made unsaved changes, then Discard Changes is also available.

  3. In this example, Select Delete Draft Version.

  4. A warning appears to check that this is the action to continue with, click Delete.

  5. The changes made are discarded and the campaign moves back to View mode to show the Live version of the campaign.

Note: If any subsequent changes made need to be applied to an already Published campaign, then remember to Publish those changes to ensure the latest changes have been added.
