Campaign structure content field
The campaign structure personalisation field allows you to include campaign or message names in your communications and output files.
You can choose to include either:

Campaign name
-
Message name
When to use campaign structure
Use this field when you need to:

Include campaign information in CRM system uploads

Identify communications in output files

CRM data integration
When uploading communication records to Salesforce, add a Campaign Structure field to automatically include the message name in your export file. This allows your sales team to see exactly which promotional message each customer received without manual tracking.
Adding a campaign structure field
To add a campaign structure field:

Open the message step you want to personalise.

Under Personalisation, click + Add Content Field.

Expand the Field Type dropdown, then select Campaign Structure.

Enter a name for the field, then click Add.

Select either Campaign Name or Message Name from the dropdown.

Click Apply.
Orbit now adds the selected information as a column in your output file.
