Volume counts

In the Orbit journey builder, you can view your real-time audience volume counts as they move through your campaign journey. This adds precision to your campaign status visibility, allowing you to make on-the-fly adjustments.

Real-time audience volume counts mean you see the actual volume of participants at that moment in your campaign journey, not just those who have passed through previously.

Release people stuck in a journey

You can release individuals who are stuck in a campaign journey due to a constraint, incorrect audience logic, or a Time Delay.

To release people from a journey:

1. Click the option menu next to a group you want to release.

2. Click Release all People.

The individuals now exit the campaign.
