Live data

Live data in Orbit lets you create campaigns for recipients who are not yet part of your FastStats system. You can target recipients based on real time actions like signing up, making a purchase, or updating preferences before a build cycle. You can then include their records in FastStats if needed. Use live data audience segments alongside normal audiences and split the journey based on whether recipients come from a live data feed. You can then personalise your communications accordingly.

Note: Please refer to your PeopleStage installation documentation or contact our technical services team for setup and configuration guidance.
