Use quick messages to send one-off email or SMS campaigns fast. You don’t need an audience from your Apteco system or a complex journey—just upload a list of contacts, pick a template, and send.
This form of campaign is a simple, single-stage journey where you need to quickly communicate with contacts from an external list.
When to use quick messages
Use quick messages when:

You have a CSV, TXT, or TSV file of contacts not in your Apteco system

Example use cases
Event invitation
You need to send an urgent invitation to a list of industry contacts for an upcoming webinar. These contacts aren't in your Apteco system but you have their email addresses and names in a CSV file from a recent networking event.
Product announcement
You've acquired a new list of potential customers from a trade show and want to send them a one-time product announcement email.
Rather than importing these contacts into your main database, you can quickly upload the CSV file and send your announcement while maintaining separation from your Apteco system data.
