Export journeys as PDF

You can export a campaign journey as a PDF to share journey designs with colleagues, include them in documentation, or review journeys outside Orbit.

Exporting a journey

To export a campaign journey as a PDF:

1. Go to Campaigns and select your campaign.

2. Select the Journey tab.

3. Expand the option menu in the top-right corner and click Export Journey as PDF.

   

   Note: You must be in view mode to export a journey. This option is unavailable when editing draft versions.

4. Update the PDF File Name if required.

   

5. Click Export.

The PDF downloads and opens in a new browser tab. The export includes the complete journey layout with all expanded sections and audience counts at each step.
