Viewing Collections
Collections can be viewed by clicking on the View Collections icon or the Collections tab within the Overview panel.
Viewing the Collections Panel
Once open, any shared Storyboards are presented as tiles to select from. A NEW icon signifies the latest Storyboards added as Collections:
Searching for a Collection
You can Search for a specific Collection by name, or filter the display according to Shared status and/or Creation date:
- Click on a specific Collection to load the report
Ordering the Display
It is also possible order the display using the ORDER BY drop-down options at the top of the window:
Opened Collection Details
The Activity History panel, located on the left of the Collections screen, allows you to see whether, and with whom, the collection has been shared.
The icons at the bottom of this panel allow you to:
- switch to full screen view
- print the Collection
- share the Collection
The left Activity panel can be unpinned to create more display space using the slide icon:
Three further icons can be seen on the right, allowing you to change the way the Collection tiles are presented:
