Logging in to Orbit

To log into Orbit you'll need to use the user credentials supplied by either your Apteco software account manager, or a FastStats administrator user.

To log in to Orbit:

  1. Enter either your Username or Email Address and click Next.
  2. Select a DataView if you have more than one.
  3. Use the Forgot Password option to obtain a reset password email.

 

Login after Orbit Share

You can also be invited to view either a Collection or Audience item.

To login after receiving a shared item:

  1. You receive an Orbit Share email.

  1. If you are an existing user you can login, if not then you are invited to Register an account.

The Registration confirmation message opens.

  1. Click the Confirm registration button in the email.

  1. Continue to Login to Orbit using the credentials that you registered with.

Using (SSO) Single Sign On (with OneLogin)

Before using SSO with Orbit, see Single Sign-On and Setting up Single Sign On with OneLogin.

With single sign-on you only have to enter one set of credentials to access all of your Orbit DataViews.

If you are not already logged in, then you are presented with a onelogin box.

The URL is a onelogin.com URL

To use SSO:

  1. Enter your Username and Password, then click Continue.
  2. After logging in you are redirected back to Orbit.
  3. If you have already signed-on and open a new instance of Orbit, then you are taken straight in - no login required.

This is also the case if you already signed in to OneLogin before navigating to Orbit.

When you have multiple DataViews you can select which one to log in to.

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

When MFA is enabled on your OneLogin account, after verifying your password a text message is sent to your mobile.

To enable multi factor authentication:

  1. Using the pre-installed OneLogin app click the Accept button.
  2. The web app automatically continues the login process.

Logging in to Orbit from the OneLogin portal

To log in to Orbit:

  1. Login to the OneLogin portal, here you can click on Orbit.
  2. You are redirected and automatically logged in.

Closing your Orbit session

To close your Orbit session:

  1. Your user name displays in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Click on your Name and select Logout.
