Journey builder

The Orbit journey builder enables you to design and automate complex, multi-stage campaigns to precisely target your ideal audience.

Note

If you use Apteco PeopleStage, Orbit displays and allows you to edit compatible campaigns. Campaigns created in Orbit can also be accessed, edited, and republished in PeopleStage. If a PeopleStage campaign contains functionality Orbit doesn't yet support, see Viewing PeopleStage campaigns with unsupported elements.

Note

To use journey builder, you must have the Broadcaster bundle or above. To use percentage limits functionality, you must have at least the Q1 2023 version of Apteco software installed.

Zoom

Use the zoom controls in the bottom-right corner of the journey builder to navigate large or complex journeys. Click and drag an empty area of the canvas to pan around.

  • Click + or − to zoom in or out.
  • Click the percentage to choose a preset zoom level.

The same controls are available when previewing a journey template.
