A campaign Audience is used to define the Who of the campaign. Selections created to answer this question are applied to your campaign, accessed via the Audience folder in the PeopleStage Library.
Using the Library search function if necessary:
- Locate and then drag and drop the required selection onto the large panel at the bottom of the Audience step
You can add multiple selections to a single Audience step within a campaign. However, as PeopleStage targets the individual, should the same individual be included in multiple selections, PeopleStage will de-dupe the selections with a left to right priority and include the individual in the first segment for which they qualify.
