Journey Selections

You can use Journey Selections to look back through a campaign and see what individuals have already received. For example, you can reference the channel of communication and the personalisation someone received in their previous campaign communications.

You can find Journey Selections in the Audiences section of the Library and you can use them in conjunction with each other all applicable functionality relating to an audience step.

Audience Journey

Audience Journey Selection

  • Drag and drop an Audience Journey selection onto the Audience step
  • Use the Selected via drop-down to define which preceding Audience step an individual should previously have been part of, in order to be eligible for inclusion in this stage of the campaign
  • Define the timescale using the in last options

Content Journey

Content Journey Selection

  • Drag and drop a Content Journey selection onto the Audience step
  • Use the drop-down menus to define which preceding Content Field and Item a person should previously have received, in order to be eligible for inclusion in this stage of the campaign
  • Define the timescale using the in last options

Delivery Journey

Delivery Journey Selection

  • Drag and drop a Delivery Journey selection onto the Audience step
  • Use the drop-down menus to define which preceding Delivery channel a person should previously have received communication via, in order to be eligible for inclusion in this stage of the campaign
  • Define the timescale using the in last options

Pool Journey

Pool Journey

  • Drag and drop a Pool Journey selection onto the Audience step

A Pool Journey selection always references the preceding pool to which this Audience step is connected, to check how long an individual has been waiting in that pool.

  • Use the drop-down menus to define how long a person must wait in the preceding pool in order to be eligible for inclusion in this stage of the campaign
