Communications Reports - Message Level

At the message level, it is possible to drill down into a particular run by any of the Content fields or the Channel.

From a Message level

• Open the lid on the campaign and select a Message A Message is a single piece of marketing material. The innermost processes (orange shapes) in the diagram opposite are messages and are defined using Content, Delivery and optionally a Response step. A message could be an email, Facebook communication, call centre contact or a piece of direct mail, depending on the delivery channel.
• Select the Results View and Communications Reportt broken down by Image
• Refresh the Report on run list and pick a run from the drop-down

• Click Generate

There is also a Communications Summary Report at the message level, which summarises all runs of the same message
