Email Response Reports

These reports shows the number of clicks / opens / bounces etc. for each run of an email. For live emails it is only available once the FastStats Email Response Gatherer (FERG FastStats Email Response Gatherer - Software engine, set up by the Administrator, which - where the ESP makes it possible - runs at defined intervals in the background, monitoring and downloading from the ESP information relating to opens, clicks, bounces, etc.) has been set up by the administrator.

From a Message level

• Open the lid on the campaign and select a Message A Message is a single piece of marketing material. The innermost processes (orange shapes) in the diagram opposite are messages and are defined using Content, Delivery and optionally a Response step. A message could be an email, Facebook communication, call centre contact or a piece of direct mail, depending on the delivery channel.
• Select the Results View thenEmail Response Report broken down by Image
• Refresh the list of runs and pick a run from the drop-down list

• Click Generate

There is also the Email Response Summary Report at message level, which summarises all runs of the same message.

There are equivalent reports for Facebook (likes, etc.) and Twitter when using these channels.
