SQL Server provider¶
Standard security¶
Data Source=Aron1;Initial Catalog=pubs;User Id=sa;Password=asdasd;
Server=Aron1;Database=pubs;User ID=sa;Password=asdasd;Trusted\_Connection=False
Trusted connection¶
Data Source=Aron1;Initial Catalog=pubs;Integrated Security=SSPI;
Server=Aron1;Database=pubs;Trusted\_Connection=True;
Microsoft.Data provider¶
The Microsoft.Data provider connects to SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Fabric. See Microsoft.Data for details.
Microsoft Fabric¶
Server=awmrye2w747ubgcvvh7urksdtu-qx7fiijssmgevfcxxusmtcalk4.datawarehouse.fabric.microsoft.com;initial catalog=PublicHolidays_638;Authentication=Active Directory Interactive
This example uses interactive authentication, but the provider supports all modern authentication types. See the connection string reference for the full list.
Oracle provider (Oracle client must be installed)¶
Standard¶
Data Source=MyOracleDB;Integrated Security=yes;
Specifying username and password¶
Data Source=MyOracleDB;User Id=username;Password=passwd;Integrated Security=no;
