In this scenario:

  • Base group – comprises of people who have made a holiday booking

  • Analysis group – comprises of people who have made a holiday booking and then purchased insurance cover.

We need to study:

  • Base group - behaviours before people made their booking.

  • Analysis group - behaviours before people purchased the insurance cover.
