Selecting variables for audience look-alikes

When using the Orbit Audience Look-alikes feature, an error message stating ’Solution is not available, Contact your administrator to set up variables’ may appear.

If this message appears, then ask your system administrator follow the process below and to select the relevant look-alike variables.

To set up look-alike variables as an administrator:

1. Click on the Profile icon and select Application settings.

   

2. Select Look-alike Variables.

   

3. Select the relevant Variables and click Add.

   

4. Once all the Variables have been added, click Save.

   

5. The Find Look-alikes option is now available with your selected variables.
