Meta Ads
In Apteco Orbit, you can set up and use Meta Ads in your campaign journeys through a dedicated social channel. Tailoring your approach to match your Meta campaign objectives, you can deliver ads across various platforms within the Meta ecosystem.
Create custom inclusion and exclusion audiences in Orbit, allowing you to precisely define your target or look-alike audience for Meta campaigns.
Creating a Meta Ads campaign
Before you start setting up your Meta Ads campaign journey, you must first create your campaign and add your audiences. For more detail see Creating a campaign and Adding audiences.
Adding a Meta Ads journey step
To add a Meta Ads channel to your campaign:

Once you have created an initial audience, click the + icon to add a journey step, then click Meta Ads.

Click the new Meta Ads step, then give the step a meaningful name.
On the right-hand panel, there are options you need to update.

Select the Meta Ads Channel which you set up in the channel editor.

Select the Meta Ads Ad Set name.
Tip: The menus are searchable, start typing the Ad set name to filter the list.

Give the inclusion customer list file a name. This is the file which is uploaded to the include area of audiences in your ad set.

Select a Target.

Meta uses the include file only as the target audience

Meta uses the file as the target audience but also includes look-alikes from the Meta universe on each platform

Meta only uses look-alikes

Note: For the integration of Meta Ads with Apteco, the identifier types accepted for custom audience uploads in the audience lists include email addresses, mobile numbers, and Facebook UIDs (AppUIds or PageUIds).
