Revenue reporting

Revenue reporting allows you to track the financial impact of a campaign objective by using a revenue variable. This setting lets Orbit calculate the total revenue generated from specific responses.

To set up revenue reporting:

  1. In the objective side panel, locate the Reporting section.

  2. Click + Add Variable.

  3. Select a revenue variable from the dropdown list.

    This variable represents the financial metric you want to track, such as Profit. Make sure to select a variable that aligns with your campaign’s objectives and goal.

    Once selected, Orbit will use the revenue variable to track the value generated from responses linked to this objective. Revenue data will update automatically as responses are received.

By setting a response time window and enabling revenue reporting, you can track your objectives precisely and measure the financial return on each campaign message.
