The Delivery step is where you define How your campaign is to be received by your target audience.
Delivery channels are pre-defined by your system administrator using the Channel Editor and are applied in the Delivery step.
Standard channels include email, SMS, FTP, DM and social media, each requiring specific output columns. For example, DM requires address fields, email requires a valid email address, SMS requires a mobile number. These standard fields are pre-defined in the Channel Editor, ready to facilitate campaign delivery.
Once set up, the Delivery channels can be accessed via the PeopleStage Library, located within the Deliveries section and organised into appropriate Channels’ folders for ease of use.
