Patch 19: PeopleStage Optimisation error

We’ve found a bug in the PeopleStage update script supplied with the FastStats Configurator.

This bug could drop and recreate the Optimisation table, causing problems with Campaign Optimisation in PeopleStage.

The update script has been fixed in these releases of the FS Configurator:

Patch 18: Virtual variable dependency checks

A bug in the Virtual Package functionality caused some variable dependencies to go undetected. This can lead to failed virtual variable refreshes when using the Virtual Package. We’ve fixed this issue and you must upgrade the FastStats Designer and FastStats Service components by following the steps below.

To apply this fix:

  1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.24029.34 or later contained within the WebService.zip file.

  2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.24029.52 or later.

  3. Install FastStats Designer version 1.3.24029.42 or later contained within the Designer.zip file.

Patch 17: Locale not reset between requests

We’ve found and fixed an issue causing Campaign optimisation to set the request locale to a particular decimal export format, then not reset this to configured default at the start of every subsequent request.

To apply this fix:

  2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.24029.51 or later.

Patch 16: Notes issue in FastStats with Create from Cube wizard

We’ve found and fixed an issue where variable notes entered in the Create from Cube wizard did not display in virtual variable properties.

To apply this fix:

1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.24029.33 or later contained within the WebService.zip file.

  1. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.24029.51 or later.

  2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Binaries to version 1.1.24029.57 or later.

Patch 15: Meta integration API upgrade

We’ve upgraded our Meta integration from API version 18 to 20, providing improved validation handling to align with Meta's latest changes. Deprecated post insight metrics have been removed.

Patch 13: Limits issue

We’ve found and fixed an issue with the query component, where in rare situations we didn’t fully clear the limit properties between queries. This could cause a query limit clause to be mistakenly applied to a subsequent query.

To apply this fix:

  1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.24029.32 or later contained within the WebService.zip file.

  2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.24029.49 or later.

  3. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Binaries to version 1.1.24029.55 or later.

Patch 12: Send Email To Task Owner - not sending

We’ve found and fixed an issue preventing the ‘Send Email To Task Owner’ step from occurring when there is an error in the FTP step. For example, when creating and saving a data grid, then scheduling an output CSV, an email should be created and sent to the logged in user account, However, previously this did not send if an FTP step error occurred during the process.

We’ve found and fixed a crash that can occur while refreshing virtual variables. This issue can affect FastStats Designer, FastStats Service, or FastStats Local.

Patch 10: Apteco Email response gatherer subject/message name display

We’ve found and fixed an issue occurring when we record responses from Apteco Email. We now correctly record responses against the specified message name, rather than the subject line used in the email builder.

Patch 9: Extra functionality for uploads

We’ve implemented new options for users to upload records, as previously this process was taking too long. We’ve implemented the following functionality to expedite this process:

  • Parallel uploads

  • Option to create new contacts

  • Option to create new contact fields

Patch 8: Attribute processing in Designer

We've found and fixed an issue where attribute processing fails in Designer due to ASCII NUL characters in the generated scripts. Now, attribute processing scripts generate correctly without causing failures.

Patch 7: .dat file data retrieval issue

We've found and fixed an issue where a text variable could return incorrect values if the uncompressed size of the .dat file is over 4GB.

To apply this fix:

  2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.24029.40 or later.

We’ve resolved a date rule memory issue in the FastStats UI and dates are now retained and remembered accurately during editing.

Patch 4: MPL query time

We've resolved an issue with the enhanced build process where building MPL (join at query time) lookups resulted in all records being marked as unclassified.

Patch 3: FastStats crash during refresh

We’ve found and fixed an intermittent issue causing FastStats to crash when you click the file explorer refresh button, and then move your cursor over the refresh icon while your system is refreshing.

To apply this fix:

  1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.24029.20 contained within the WebService.zip file.

  2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.24029.33.

Patch 2: Deleting active campaigns with ASAP schedules

We've resolved an issue where the deletion of active Orbit campaigns with ASAP schedules was causing errors in the FastStats Service. Now, these campaigns will be deactivated and deleted successfully without any errors.
