Patch 17: Missing push notifications

We’ve now added additional logging to push notifications to aid in tracking down send issues with firebase.

To apply this fix:

Patch 16: Faster campaign information processing

We've optimised Orbit's campaign information display for significantly faster processing. Previously, it lagged on some systems when handling retry send details. With this fix, the campaign overview remains unchanged but now updates far more efficiently.

Patch 15: Meta Ads API unhandled status now managed

With the upgrade to the latest version of the Meta API, a new status appears when waiting for an uploaded audience to be processed. We've updated the system to recognise and handle this status, ensuring uploads complete as expected.

Patch 14: Reset password error fixed in FastStats

FastStats now sends password reset emails without errors. Previously, an issue in the request process caused an error after completing a reset.

Patch 13: Icon display issue in date rule and login forms

A pen icon incorrectly appeared next to numeric editors and date controls in the custom date rule form in FastStats.

To apply this fix:

  1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25027.13 or later contained within the WebService.zip file.

  2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25027.19 or later.

  3. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Binaries to version 1.1.25027.21 or later.

Note: FastStats Local users need to install version 1.1.25027.21 or later, contained within the FastStatsLocal.zip file.

Patch 12: Missing decodes for input values over 255 characters

We've found and fixed an issue in Designer where input values longer than 255 characters prevented new decodes from being found. This resulted in missing decodes and a higher than expected 'Unclassified' count.

Patch 11: Empty cubes saved to cube cache

We’ve found and fixed an issue where an failed cube query stores an empty cube response into the cache. This caused subsequent cache hits to return an empty cube. We’ve fixed this issue to prevent invalid empty cube results being created.

Patch 10: Emarsys broadcaster JSON payload handling

We’ve fixed an issue where the Emarsys broadcaster failed to handle large JSON payloads. You can now return a large number of templates without errors.

In FastStats Designer, when the 'Combine Categories' post-load action is used and an unclassified description is specified, then the description is mistakenly used as the unclassified code.

Patch 1: Distributed processing freeze

We’ve found and fixed an issue where submitting a dashboard with multiple requests could cause the FastStats Service to stop processing jobs.

The problem was in the distributed processing 'merge results' section of the FastStats Service, this issue has been resolved.
