Patch 13: Date expression selections with mixed from/to types

We've fixed an issue where date expression selections incorrectly returned zero counts when you used mixed date types in the From and To fields. Your selections now work correctly when you combine relative dates (like Today) with fixed dates, or use any other combination of date types.

To apply this fix:

  1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.26 or later contained within the WebService.zip file.

  2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.36 or later.

  3. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Binaries to version 1.1.25199.33 or later.

    Note: FastStats Local users need to install version 1.1.25199.33 or later, contained within the FastStatsLocal.zip file.

  4. Install FastStats Designer version 1.3.25199.35 or later contained within the Designer.zip file.

Patch 12: Date expression selections with reversed dates

We've fixed an issue where date expression selections returned zero counts when you entered the From and To dates in reverse order with mixed date types (for example, a relative date in From and a fixed date in To). The system now handles reversed date ranges correctly across different date type combinations.

To apply this fix:

  1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.26 or later contained within the WebService.zip file.

  2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.36 or later.

  3. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Binaries to version 1.1.25199.33 or later.

    Note: FastStats Local users need to install version 1.1.25199.33 or later, contained within the FastStatsLocal.zip file.

Patch 10: Microsoft Dynamics customer attribute upsert

You can now upsert customer attributes to Microsoft Dynamics lookup fields that link to either contacts or accounts. When you upload data, prefix the GUID with the table type. For example, contact/<guid> or account/<guid>.

  1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.26 or later contained within the WebService.zip file.

  2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.36 or later.

Patch 7: Facebook Marketing API v24.0 upgrade

We've upgraded the Facebook Marketing API from v21.0 to v24.0. This ensures continued functionality following the deprecation of v21.0 on 9 September 2024.

Patch 6: Virtual variable refresh package

We've added a Multi-threaded passes (new method) option to the Virtual Refresh Package post-load action in Designer. This option uses an improved strategy to group virtual definitions into passes, which helps systems with complex dependencies between large numbers of virtual definitions. You'll see fewer 'impossible' definitions and more variables refreshing successfully.

Patch 5: Dotdigital custom reply-to address

We've fixed an issue where custom reply-to email addresses weren't being copied through to Dotdigital when you sent emails. Your custom reply-to addresses now transfer correctly with your email templates.

Patch 4: Issues with date and datetime expressions used in selections

We’ve found and fixed some issues with date and datetime expressions used in selections.

If the expression contained no variables, but did contain on-the-fly aggregations, then wrong results could occur if the selection used adhoc dates, date ranges or date rules.

In some cases, the resulting count was 0, and in other instances all records were selected.

To apply this fix:

  1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25199.22 or later contained within the WebService.zip file.

  2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25199.28 or later.

  3. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Binaries to version 1.1.25199.27 or later.

Patch 3: Spotler response fails on gateway timeouts

We’ve fixed an intermittent issue that occurred when gathering responses from Spotler, sometimes causing a gateway timeout. Spotler responses are now handled, meaning that the operation retries instead of failing.

Patch 2: Transaction campaign response attribution

You can now set up response attribution on transaction campaigns where responses are defined on a child of the transaction table. We've relaxed validation checks to allow you to publish and attribute responses for these campaign types.

Patch 1: Emarsys response gatherer

We've fixed an issue where the Emarsys response gatherer failed to retrieve recipient URNs when you sent a broadcast to more than 1,000 recipients. The system now requests URNs in batches of 1,000 to ensure all recipient data is successfully pulled back for inclusion in your response database.
