Introduction to Personalisation

Via the Content and Delivery which form part of a Message step, PeopleStage allows you to create and send marketing messages which are personalised to the individual, based, for example, on their stated preferences, wants, needs, previous behaviour, etc.

 

The Content Step is used to record and/or output any data items which will be used to personalise the creative - whether that be copy or imagery – and with the potential to include content specifically tailored to each individual campaigned.

The Delivery Step can further personalise the campaign in 3 ways by:

  1. choosing the Delivery Channel
  2. creating multiple outputs within one Delivery Step using selections
  3. reviewing and modifying settings for Delivery
