Welcome to the Apteco help hub, your first stop for Apteco software help documentation and information. This short guide details how to use the help hub effectively.

Note: Responsive tablet and mobile options are in place but the help hub is best experienced as a desktop help site.

Areas

Each of the six help hub areas contain different content for different types of profile - user and admin.

Product content:

• Orbit: User content

• FastStats: User content

• PeopleStage: User content

• Designer: User content

Other content:

• Technical documents: Admin content

• Release documents: Both user and admin 'release' content

Search

Each area in the help hub currently provides search results specific to that area.

For example, if you are a:

• Marketer with an Orbit feature related user task: Go to the Orbit Help area and use search.

• System administrator with an Orbit installation, configuration, or integrations task: Go to the Technical Documents area and use search.

• Marketer looking for the latest features of all products, or a system administrator looking for patch fixes/technical updates: Go to the Release Documents area and use search.
